To protect your legitimate rights and interests and clarify matters related to payment and refunds, we have established this policy. Please read carefully before making payment. Once payment is completed, you are deemed to have fully understood and agreed to all contents of this policy.
I. Payment Rules
(1) Payment Scope
The payment services of this website apply to all naming service scenarios, including but not limited to:
- Personal Naming: Baby naming, pen names, pet name customization, etc.;
- Brand Naming: Business naming, store naming, trademark naming, domain name adaptation, etc.;
- Creative Naming: Novel character names, game character names, pen name creation, etc.;
- Exclusive Naming: Online username design, stage name creation, social media account naming, etc.
All service prices are based on the amounts displayed on the website at the time of your order. The website reserves the right to adjust prices according to service content. After adjustment, prices will be subject to page announcements and will not be retroactive to orders already placed.
(2) Payment Methods
Currently, we support mainstream online payment channels such as WeChat Pay, Alipay, and UnionPay. You can choose an appropriate payment method according to your needs. During the payment process, please ensure that your payment account information is accurate and funds are sufficient to avoid payment failure due to account issues.
(3) Payment Process
- You select the corresponding naming service and package on the website, confirm your service requirements, and submit the order;
- The system redirects to the payment page, where you select a payment method and complete payment;
- After successful payment, the system will automatically generate an order number and send a payment success notification to your reserved contact information, while simultaneously initiating the naming service process;
- If you do not receive a notification after payment or the order status is abnormal, please contact customer service promptly for verification to avoid affecting service progress.
(4) Invoice Information
If you need an invoice, please submit an invoice application within 7 working days after successful payment through the website customer service channel or by email (email: [email protected]), indicating the order number, invoice title, tax ID, contact information, etc. We will issue an electronic invoice within 10 working days after receiving the application and send it to your reserved email address. Paper invoices require additional mailing fees.
II. Refund Rules
(1) Refundable Scenarios
- After successful payment, if the order cannot be generated or the service cannot be started due to system failure, and technical troubleshooting confirms that it cannot be resolved;
- Duplicate payment for the same order. You can apply for a refund of the overpaid amount, and you need to provide proof of duplicate payment and order number;
- Before the service starts, if you apply to cancel the order due to your own reasons and customer service confirms that naming work has not been initiated (in such cases, 5% of the order amount will be deducted as a handling fee to cover platform operating costs);
- The generated names and analysis content have serious quality issues (such as completely inconsistent with requirements, containing typos/violations of regulations, analysis content that is perfunctory without substantive information). After verification and confirmation by both parties, you can apply for partial or full refund. The specific refund ratio will be determined through negotiation based on the severity of the problem.
(2) Non-Refundable Scenarios
- The service has been completed and delivered (including generating names, providing analysis and evaluation reports), and you apply for a refund due to personal subjective reasons (such as not liking, aesthetic differences, requirement changes, etc.);
- You have already used the service results (such as using the generated names for registration, promotion, etc.);
- The service does not meet expectations due to your own operational errors (such as selecting the wrong service package, filling in incorrect requirement information);
- Refund applications submitted more than 7 working days after order completion will not be accepted unless there are major quality issues with sufficient evidence;
- Malicious refund applications that disrupt platform operations (such as multiple orders followed by refunds without legitimate reasons).
(3) Refund Process
- Application: You need to submit a refund application through the website customer service channel or by email (email: [email protected]), indicating the order number, refund reason, contact information, and relevant proof (such as payment screenshots, problem screenshots, etc.);
- Review: Customer service will verify within 3 working days after receiving the application, provide a review result based on service progress and problem situation, and provide feedback through your reserved contact information;
- Refund: After approval, the refund amount will be returned to your payment account within 5-7 working days via the original payment method. If it falls on holidays, the arrival time may be delayed. The specific time is subject to the bank or payment platform's arrival notification.
(4) Special Notes
- If services cannot be provided normally due to force majeure (such as natural disasters, policy adjustments, server downtime, etc.), we will process partial or full refunds based on service progress and will not bear additional compensation liability;
- For naming services with a high degree of customization (such as brand naming, exclusive stage name creation, etc.), since professional manpower has been invested in research and creation, refund reviews will be stricter, and the specific outcome will be subject to actual negotiation results.

- If you encounter any problems during the payment and refund process, you can contact customer service at any time, and we will do our best to help you resolve them;
- The final interpretation right of this policy belongs to PickNaming. The website has the right to revise this policy according to business development. After revision, it will be announced on the website homepage and will take effect from the date of announcement.
